I’m Sam Muir, Digital Developer at Tower Insurance.
Joining all the way from New Zealand.
I’m really interested to see how others have implemented and are using Ushur to see if we can learn from them too, and also keen to stay up to date with any upcoming features. At Tower, we are constantly looking at how we can improve processes to allow staff to have more meaningful conversations with customers.
Looking forward to watching this community grow

- While Ushur has been in Irish Life with our Colleagues in Corporate Business for a number of years we have began our Journey with Ushur in the last year. We are currently looking to prove out further opportunities for Ushur and raise awareness in Retail. One particular challenge we are looking at is automatically review incoming application forms to ensure the correct information and back-up is supplied.

Hi. I’m part of the newly formed sales team focused on banking and investment companies. My background in conversationalAI powered chatbots at Kasisto, which brought me face to face with the shortcomings of the chatbot paradigm, is what led me to be intrigued by Ushur and join the team.
